How does Equine-Assisted Therapy help?

Equine-Assisted Therapy (EAT) fosters self-awareness by allowing individuals to learn about themselves through interactions with horses.

Horses reflect human emotions and behaviours, providing real-time, non-verbal feedback that helps individuals understand their inner selves, much like Carl Jung’s philosophy of self-reflection:

“Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.”

Horses simply being themselves create this powerful connection, offering participants a unique way to experience and process their feelings.
